Waxhaw

 

Waxhaw is located in Union County and is in the Union County School district. The town currently has dozens of specialty shops and dining ranging from mom & pop restaurants to fine dining bistros. One major draw to the area is the annual Queens Cup Steeplechase at Brookland Wood farms and Cane Creek Park, a 1,050-acre park that draws visitors with its 350-acre bass trophy lake, public beach with swimming and walking trails.  

Waxhaw has a population of just over twenty-one thousand residents. It is not surprising that they’re over eleven hundred businesses in Waxhaw and counting. Waxhaw has so much new growth over the last few years with the new communities.
